When two soulmates meets is that considered a miracle or is it supposed to happen?

The possibilities are many. Yes, you could be extremely lucky, or very knowledgeable and know your match when you see it, or it could happen the way it happened to me. We met in the most unlikely of places. I was not even looking for a partner when suddenly he showed up. I had not met him, but i felt like i had. The first time i saw him, i knew there was something different about him. It is very ironic how may things we have in common. Some how our pasts seem as if they had to happen the way they did, so that our meeting could take place. All our troubles prepared us for this moment.
