You have a natural olive tone to your skin....You are young and probably just going through a lot of hormonal changes and that is why you are having really bad acne...check with your dr. for some really good treatments, but when your acne clears up then you will feel much more confident. You are a naturally pretty girl! A little make-up would probably bring out your features and your nose is just fine...don't worry too much =)
