What is a good site where people can post their stories and wrtiting?

I'm looking for a site where you can put up your stories and update them when you write more, and they have like a "top 1O", lyk a real site that's all about like online novlists and what not X3 idk a manga I read had something similar and I though "Woah, there's probably a site like that :D !!" And I really wanna find one >w< thankiez~
