How do i stop my veins from poppin out toomuch?

Guys i have an embarassing problem here.B4 i used 2 thnk tht havin 2 many veins poppin out on my hand makes me luk lyk im a strong guy,ok tht mayb true coz well built guys do hav poppin out veins.But on my hand thr r a lotta veins poppin out, specially whn my hand is relaxed and whn sunlight falls on it,my veins r clearly visible.It was not until recently that i came up in frnt of a mirror and found tht the veins poppin out on my hand,spoils my overall appearance.Pls is thr any method i cn use 2 reduce ths popping out.Shud i, like fast o sumthn so tht my hand gets kinda thin and the veins go back inside as a result?
