Why can i not get into facebook its been lyk this 4 days?

i have been trying 2 get in2 facebook since last week,it loads up half way then thats it!!i have tried 2 load in on a different user but still nae luck!!i will have 2 go on 2 sum1 elses comp tae get on f.b??????????do u think that if some 1 else pays the bill can they tell the network of the comp 2 make sure that its nae poss tae go on 2 a certain web page???
