How easy is it to find a job in a city other than where you are attending college?

I want to live in a particular city when I get a regular, full-time job, but there is not a college I am interested anywhere near that city. How easy it is to find a job, say, in Denver when I am going to school in Chicago, for instance? Am I more likely to end up working in the city I go to college in than in the city that I want to live in? Also, should this affect my college decision?
