Would Cornell accept a 34 on a non-written version of the ACT?

There's two versions of the ACT: One with an essay and one without. I got a 34 on the one without the essay but only a 31 on the one with an essay. I plan on applying for Cornell University. Would Cornell accept the non-essay score of the ACT? (Also, I plan on applying to University of Michigan, University of Chicago, and Carnegie-Mellon University. Would they accept the non-essay version of the ACT?)
