What does this mean? Plz help!?

This guy i know is the son of my parent's friends. So heres the story : i was upstairs at my brothers room sitting on his bed watching my lil bro play video games. Then he came up and saw me. He walked up to me and tried to sit nxt to me. I was like no no no! Lol then he sat down nxt to me, i didnt care no more. Suddenly he put his hand around me! He put his hands on my hips too. Then he pulled me to him nd tickled me! Wen he was tickling me, he was lyk putting his face on my face! (lol i kno wat ur thinking) . He kept tickling me the whole time. Then my little bro put a movie on. He was on my left nd my bro was on my rite. He suddenly tilted his head on me (like on my head or shoulder). Then he got closer to me nd stuff. He asked me for my numbr nd i gave it to him. (stupid me lol) he slept over at my house caz it was New Years. He slept at my bros room nd i slept at mines. So he txted me nd sed "i luv u" . OMG !! :O plz tell me wat this means!! I need to kno!
