If your parents are divorced can you pick which one to live with?

Okay so my parents are divorced and i live with my mom in miami and visit my dad in orlando during summer and winter. Im with my dad right now and both my mom and dad have other "soulmates" i guess. but im gunna brake down mom. shes unemployed and stepdad is ghetto and works at resturant and well he smokes things that he shoudnt and my mom is just plain evil to me and i mean my older sister whos about to be 20 turned out a drop out i mean its just good over there. over here dad's house hes actually married to his "soul mate" there both really nice i enjoy spending time with dad and my little sister is over here with two dogs a good area unlike my moms area. and i just everyone up here is so nice and jolly lmao at the jolly and i know the transcition will be hard but i want to live with dad really bad. can i?? PLZ NEED RESPONSE ASAP IVE BEEN WANTING TO LIVE WIH DAD FOR BOUT 2 YEARS BUT NOW IM SUREPLZ HELP.
