Thor vs Exodus Who wins in this fight?

Exodus said to a woman in Old Chicago that is grieving with her pet bunny that died one day ago to get over it, and get another bunny. It's just a bunny. Thor grabs Exodus by the back of his neck taking him out of Old Chicago then asking him to please apologize to the woman. He refuses, and mocks Thor that he isn't powerful enough to hurt him, and that he would win the fight easily.
